Pocket Farm Days is a comforting little simulator. You plant crops, raise animals, and slowly expand your homestead at your own pace. There's no pressure and no fail state, which is exactly what some evenings call for.
The controls are all taps and drags, and everything is clearly labeled. It runs light, so battery isn't a concern even on the older phone. Sessions can be five minutes or an hour depending on how much you want to fuss over your fields.
It's not the deepest farming sim out there, but it's warm and easy to love. Perfect for winding down.
